Sliding scale $1,600 - $1,800

What’s Included

  • Free initial consultation

  • At least two prenatal appointments.

  • Assistance writing your birth preferences.

  • Unlimited text, phone, and email support.

  • 24/7 on call from 38 weeks until birth.

  • Continuous labor and delivery support through 1-2 hours post delivery.

  • Postpartum support a 1 week and again at 6 weeks, as requested.

  • Help processing your birth experience, newborn education, breastfeeding assistance, baby wearing and cloth diapering support, connection with local resources if needed.

  • Prenatal Care

    We will meet at least twice during your pregnancy, typically at 30 and 36 weeks. These meetings give us an opportunity to get to know each other better.

    We will discuss your birth preferences, what your coping styles might be and techniques that accommodate those styles, as well as how to prepare for the postpartum period.

  • Birth

    I begin my on-call period for you at 37 weeks and am available via phone and text.

    When labor begins I will provide continuous emotional, physical, and advocacy support for the birthing person and their support partner.

    I will stay at the birthing location for 1-2 hours post delivery, helping new baby and parents get comfortable and ready for family time.

  • Postpartum

    Included in my birth package is two postpartum appointments.

    These are typically scheduled at 1 and 6 weeks.

    I can assist with any feeding questions. I check in regarding your healing, refer to outside experts if needed, and assist in birth processing.

    I am available via text/phone/email support for 6 weeks following the birth of your baby.
